Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers the credit packs sold on EditMyStuff. Payments are handled by Razorpay.

• Nothing to cancel. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there is no plan to cancel and nothing renews.
• Unused packs: refund within 7 days. If you haven’t used any credits from a pack (a custom top-up counts as a pack), you can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying it. Email contact@editmystuff.in from your account’s address with the order or payment id.
• Charged twice. If the same order is paid twice, the second payment is refunded.
• Credits returned automatically. If an AI request fails, or your own API key paid for it, the credit it used comes back to your balance. This returns the credit, not money.
• Reel Studio. Credits spent on a video, image or voiceover that was made aren’t refundable, as credits or as money. If a video or image fails, is blocked by the video service’s safety check, or is canceled, its credits come back to your balance automatically, and so does the credit for a voiceover that fails. A request that our safety check refuses before it starts costs nothing.
• When the money arrives. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and go back to the payment method you used; your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show them.
